It was very popular last year and is fully booked, so we recommend you make your reservation early! It is a superb course, perfect for spending some relaxing time with your loved ones.

Pan-fried tiger pufferfish and milt with chrysanthemum and beurre blanc sauce

Roasted Matsusaka beef with matsutake mushrooms and Madeira sauce
